Due to the nature of perishable food products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

• All products are non-returnable as they are perishable items.


2. Damaged or Spoiled Products

If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product, you must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery for a refund, replacement, or exchange.

Conditions:
• Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• Clear images/videos of the product and packaging are mandatory.
• Requests after 24 hours will not be considered.


3. Refund Policy
• Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• Once the request is verified and approved, the refund will be processed.
• The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.


4. Replacement or Exchange Policy
• Replacement or exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• After verification, the replacement or exchange will be processed.
• Replacement or exchanged products will be delivered within 3–5 business days.
